A safe space for women, creatives and music industry professionals to experience healing and reconnection, in Nashville and via telehealth throughout Tennessee.

Therapy Specialties

I specialize in providing therapy for long-term change. Explore my areas of core specialty below, or view the full list of counseling concerns I support in Nashville and across Tennessee.

Trauma & Abuse Recovery

Trauma has a way of shaping how we see ourselves and the world around us, often disconnecting us from ourselves and others. Whether you’re healing from childhood trauma, abuse, or overwhelming life experiences, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy in Nashville using EMDR, Brainspotting and more to help you process past wounds, rebuild your sense of safety, and reclaim who you are beyond what happened to you.

Anxiety, Stress & Panic Disorders

Anxiety looks different for everyone. It might be a constant hum of worry, high-functioning stress that keeps you performing while quietly exhausting you, or panic attacks that feel completely out of nowhere. Whatever it looks like for you, relief is possible. I offer anxiety therapy in Nashville for women and music industry professionals ready to quiet the noise and feel at home in themselves again.

Music Industry Mental Health

Whether you’re a touring artist, songwriter, crew member, or manager, the pressures of the music industry can create a perfect storm for disordered patterns. I experienced this myself as early as my days as a Belmont University Music Business student. I offer specialized, trauma-informed therapy for music industry professionals in Nashville who are navigating burnout, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship strain, and the unique challenges of a creative career.

Why Self-Compassion?

I’ve chosen to root my practice in self-compassion for good reason. In Latin means to suffer with. When you approach the difficult parts of your story from a foundation of self-compassion, you create a hospitable environment for transformation to occur.

This sounds like, “This is hard, and I’m willing to turn towards what I am experiencing with the belief that I am not alone.” I will model this compassion for you until you’re ready to carry it with and for yourself.
