Stabilization

We will spend our early sessions getting to know each other and building the trust and grounding tools needed to prepare your nervous system for the often uncomfortable experience of processing trauma.

Processing

With a foundation of safety and trust in place, we can help you reprocess traumatic experiences using evidence-based techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy (Story Work) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy.

Integration

During and after processing trauma, we will integrate new insights and emotional shifts that have emerged to strengthen your post-traumatic growth and help your mind and body settle into this new, empowered way of carrying what happened to you.
